The development of the automobile industry puts higher and higher requirements on automobile lighting, and automobile lamp molds are one of the more difficult parts. Automobile lighting does not know that it is safe to meet other requirements, such as appearance and automobile Blended into one, beautiful and practical, etc.


Good automotive lamp mold structure design is one of the prerequisites for a qualified mold manufacturing. Our company’s technical department has 10 professional mold structure designers and product stylists, all of whom have more than 5 years of work experience, and can work on mold structures. Analyze all aspects of the product structure (including: mold flow analysis, mold release angle, product surface microcosm, gating system design, exhaust system design, cooling system design, etc.) These molds are the most important and the easiest to eject The problems will be repeatedly verified during mold structure design.


The second prerequisite for qualified mold manufacturing is the selection of mold materials. Commonly used mold steels are: 45#, 40Cr, P20, 2738, 2316, 718, NAK80, H13, S136, etc. According to the customer's mold use requirements and life requirements, we can advise customers on the choice of mold steel.


  The technical requirements for automotive lamp molds are as follows:


  1. Analyze the product molding process, mold structure and manufacturing process. Ensure that the life of the mold meets the requirements of customers.


  2. Design complete mold structure and processing parts, and put forward assembly requirements and injection molding process requirements.


  3. Before opening the mold, fully analyze the appearance quality defects (such as shrinkage, etc.) or mold structure problems (such as the parting surface setting, gate setting, and the inability to guarantee the life of the mold).


  4. Mold appearance: The mold appearance must be free of rust, bumps, and lack of defects.


  5. Mold transportation: mold transportation must be equipped with clamping plates, the packaging is firm and rust-proof.


  6. Mold information: At the same time as the mold is delivered, a complete set of mold wearing parts and maintenance reference materials are provided.
